I appreciated the beautifully decorated interior and fragrant atmosphere throughout the resort. Rooms were quite comfortable. I found the adult pool area excellent and the staff to be very attentive. The breakfast service offered much variety, and i found it quite delicious

decent stay , some drawbacks

breakfast selection fruit truffles large pool area slow check-in sandy play area small room

the breakfast selection was large , with both western and middle eastern options available. fresh fruits , chocolate truffles , and bottled water were provided in my room. the pool area was quite large with multiple sections for adults and children.

the check-in process took about 40 minutes , which was longer than i expected. i booked a room with a terrace and desert view , but the view overlooked a sandy play area. the room size felt smaller than it was in the pictures online , it was not spacious.

whatsapp contact extensive buffet horse show

i checked into a terrace garden view king room it was very clean the bed was large and comfortable a whatsapp contact was provided for any requests i had staff responded very quickly to messages the breakfast buffet was extensive many options were available al hadeerah restaurant had a tremendous buffet with a camel and horse show that impressed me

the outdoor showers near the pool were not working which was slightly inconvenient

a decent stay overall

inspiring design high quality food unpleasant check-in dried flowers

i found the hotel's design to be quite inspiring i also appreciated the architecture. the food was of a high quality. the staff seemed attentive and kind.

the check in process felt unpleasant. i asked for the removal of the carpet in my room due to dust mite allergies but it was difficult. dried flowers in the rooms and entrance felt drab and could affect allergy sufferers.

the breakfast had many options and fresh ingredients. the adults only pool was quiet and clean. i found the gym to have several machines including treadmills and weights.

The room was large and nicely decorated. the bed was very comfy. breakfast and dinner were quite good. We enjoyed the food selections.

i was disappointed with the lack of a bathtub in my room. i was told i would have to pay extra to upgrade to a room with a bathtub.
